Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

How billing, cancellation, and refunds work at Yonto. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

The short version
We don't refund partial or unused periods. You can cancel any timeand keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. The 30-day trial and the reminder email before your first charge are there so you never pay for something you didn't mean to.

1. No refunds on partial or unused periods

Subscriptions are billed in advance. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used or unused subscription periods, downgrades, or for time during which you did not use the Service.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. It will not renew after that.

3. Your protection: the trial and the reminder

Rather than relying on refunds, we protect you up front:

  • The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial — you can see real attributed results before paying anything.
  • We send a reminder email before your first charge, so a payment never takes you by surprise.
  • Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged.

4. Taxes

Taxes are collected by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Where a tax refund is legally required (for example, a valid VAT reverse-charge that was not applied), that is handled by the payment provider in line with the applicable rules.

5. Exceptional cases

If you were charged because of a genuine billing error on our side, contact us and we will put it right. This is separate from the no-refund position on used or unused time.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right you have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. Where mandatory consumer law grants a right despite the business-use nature of the Service, that right is unaffected.
